1 and 2: Views of the newer section from Linden Drive and the older section from the parking lot.

Monday, October 18

3 through 5: Removing more of the top story of the newer section from the rear of the building – zipping the post-tension cables out from the concrete with the greatest of ease.

6: Sorting the metal and the concrete over at the older section.

Tuesday, October 19

7 through 9: Removing more of the top story from the newer section on an increasingly foggy night.

Wednesday & Thursday, October 20 & 21

10 through 12: Removal of the top story continues with the careful job of removing the chunks of concrete – accomplished in large part by the Bobcat as shown in Photos 10 and 11. A bit of macgyvering is seen in Photo 12 where a piece of scrap steel is used with a bulldozer to scrape off the debris.

13: Getting an old lab desk ready to be used again by one of the former residents.

14: The steeple of the historic Congregational Church is seen in the background with this steeple wannabe.

15: The Bobcat is gently taken down by the bulldozer.
